Our home is not only centrally located in the heart of one of the most popular fishing destinations in the South, but also one of the only properties available that sits right on the lake. This home is within walking distance of Lake Fork Marina and Lake Fork Resort. It’s also only 1/3 of a mile to the public boat ramp and Crappie Haven, where you can pick up any and every fishing lure, live bait, and gear you’d ever need!

Outside, you’ll find a large patio area with breathtaking views of Lake Fork. Whether you’re enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or watching the sunset in the evening, it’s the perfect place to relax and take in the beauty of the surrounding landscape. With more than 2 acres of land, there’s more than enough room for your RV and/or boats, and if you’re bringing the kids along, they’ll have endless space to play, frolic, and enjoy our expansive property.

Inside, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay, including a stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, and dishwasher. The interior of our home is beautifully decorated with a rustic charm that perfectly complements the natural beauty of the surrounding area. The living room features comfortable seating, a stone gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day of fishing or exploring. There’s also a private office with two workstations, situated right off the living room, should you have to take a quick work call or squeeze in a Zoom meeting if necessary. Equipped with a washer and dryer as well, our property has every amenity you have at home, to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Bass Haven is located under two hours from Dallas and provides some of the best bass fishing in the world! Lake Fork has produced 36 out of the Top 50 Bass in the State of Texas, 15 of which weighed over 16 lbs., and 20 over 15 lbs., leaving no doubt that Lake Fork is still the #1 trophy bass lake in the state of Texas.
